Received yesterday. However, when initially switched on with no load, it tripped the circuit breaker in the basement. I turned off the switch, closed the switch, and then turned it back on. open the circuit breaker. And I could connect a device to it. For now it seems to be working fine with no noticeable noise or heat. However, I asked for a replacement for the original problem. Now I give three stars for the problem. This review may be updated upon receipt of a new product. Update: I've changed it to five stars for their response and service, as well as the quality of product performance - no noticeable noise or heat.
