I purchased this Kuat bike rack on the recommendation of a trusted bike mechanic. This is my first time driving with a trailer hitch. When my package arrived, I was missing one of the main components. The Kuat rep I worked with was a great support and after a few tries I got what I needed. The assembly is straight. I found the assembly video very helpful. The stand is well made. I wanted something strong and able to carry over 50 pounds of e-bike and I got it. The price tag isn't easy either BUT after using the rack a few times I think it's value for money. I highly recommend this product.
