2007 Honda Odyssey Touring Perfect Fit

Genuine Honda part, exactly the same as the one I took out. I believe/hope this will fix the P1717 code and the troubling "D blink" and transmission service alerts I have been experiencing. This device has an arrow and a line, just like the factory original. You align the needle with the line when the car is idling, it looks almost reliable. The cable must have stretched on mine, and like the other reviewer, my key won't come out of park unless I wiggle the shifter. This is a common Honda problem. I'll try to do the final adjustments myself to fix the problem as I don't want to pay for theft. There are two ways to get to this part with a Honda minivan. The first is to remove the driver wheel and bend some plastic. return. I went for it, but unfortunately someone who owned my minivan "pinned" the bolt (bending the metal over it so it couldn't be unscrewed without bending or removing the metal). The second way to get to this part is to remove the battery, remove the battery holder and access it from the top. I ended up having to do this as this bolt was stabbed and I used a dremel to cut off the attached part of the metal as I couldn't fold it back. I wouldn't say I killed the original owner for doing such a stupid thing as driving a bolt, but if I knew who he was I'd certainly charge myself a fee to give him some practice. Anyway, if you can't reach it from below or you only have big arms and hands, there is a method from above. There are U-shaped tubers outlining both methods.
