Genuine Honda part for P1717 Code

This is a genuine Honda Odyssey OEM part, although Amazon says it doesn't fit. This resolved the check engine light (code P1717) and flashing "D" drive sign on my 2007 Odyssey EXL.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Not trendy

Original Honda part - worked

I received an original Honda part, correct replacement for my 2007 Odyssey with error code P1717 that came and went for a long time. The installation is a bit fiddly, there are instructions in the odyclub forum, everything works.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • There are some nuances

So far so good: Sensors

So far, so good. This solved an issue I had with my 2007 TL where the powertrain light was blinking and the check engine light was on. I have since learned that this switch can be disassembled and cleaned. and it solved the problem for many others.

Pros
  • One-year trial version
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Works on a 2007 Honda Odyssey

I had to adjust the shifter loosely under the shifter to align everything after installation. Therefore, if you cannot remove the key from the ignition switch after replacing the NSS, remove the lower fascias and de-stress the shift rod by pulling out the yellow retaining latch and reinserting it once the switch is energized has hired. released.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are imperfections

Perfect Fit (OEM) for 2007 Honda Odyssey

Exact Honda part and much cheaper than buying from your local Honda dealer. Diagnosed through several U-Tube videos and Honda forums. I could have done it myself but the weather was bad so I took it to a mechanic to have it installed. Not every mechanic will accept the part you bought, but it's worth checking out. Since it's part of Honda, I think they want a serve. A year later it still works perfectly. If you can determine what part you need, always buy an OEM part online. Maybe hundreds of…

2007 Honda Odyssey Touring Perfect Fit

Genuine Honda part, exactly the same as the one I took out. I believe/hope this will fix the P1717 code and the troubling "D blink" and transmission service alerts I have been experiencing. This device has an arrow and a line, just like the factory original. You align the needle with the line when the car is idling, it looks almost reliable. The cable must have stretched on mine, and like the other reviewer, my key won't come out of park unless I wiggle the shifter. This is a common Honda…
