I got this after having an HP Pavilion with a terrible Ralink card that just couldn't support WiFi connection. I despaired that one day I could just work on my computer without having to deal with Wi-Fi. This HP problem is common and their devices won't accept any other card. Finally, for the price of a very good candy bar, I have an unobtrusive accessory that I can use when I'm not at home and that has been stable in difficult conditions.
