I don't know why all these reviews say to increase the size. I wear 12/46/30 cm in Nike, Brooks, Adidas and these, like most New Balance, are truer to size. so I wear 11.5/45.5/29 cm for the appropriate size. I tried 12s and they were too big. NOTE. I have the lace up version, not the BOA version. This is a great shoe for fast training and racing with minimal support for moderate stability. They have a thin profile over a shorter profile that is great for off-road traction before it wears out. So if you do cross country or other off-road racing, or just do some quick off-road training and are looking for a shoe that isn't racing spikes, I'd highly recommend it. Suitable for neutral to moderate overpronators, this shoe is a great compromise between traditional high-drop trainers and low-drop trainers, allowing you to use them for midfoot landings as well. You land on heel once or twice. Basically, for me, this is the perfect shoe for racing and fast workouts on or off the road. Other thoughts: Decently wide forefoot/toe (almost too wide for me actually, I wear a regular shoe width), heel locking eyelets, gusseted tongue that attaches to the midsole, slightly snuggly thanks to a good lacing pattern, and a midsole that's not too hard, not too soft but very responsive.
