First of all I want to say that I'm not tech savvy so I bought this product. I read a few reviews that said it was easy to install, just plug it in, press a few buttons and you're done. The instructions are poor with minimal information and the website is no better for troubleshooting. I've searched YouTube for installation videos but haven't found anything recent. I need this because we have poor cell coverage but our phones can use Wi-Fi. Due to poor cellular service, my call to support kept dropping out, so I couldn't solve the problem that way. Also, when I tried to set up the Element and clone my router, my connection dropped after a minute and then it said the IP address could not be found. I was so upset that I decided to return the product.
