Worst customer service. I've moved so I had to reconnect to a different router and everyone said there was something wrong with the wiring. It's a brand new complex that I'm the first tenant to move into and it's a super modern upscale apartment and he tells me you're kidding. No mention of replacing or providing a loan after spending money on it and the hours spent on someone else's machines for an hour and a half wasted my day. Do not buy.
