Review on Smartsails 2M K Type Temperature Sensing Line - 5PCS Thermocouple Temperature Probe, Sensor TES1310 TM902C: Accurate Temperature Measuring Solution by Anthony Heinrichs

I cannot give a definitive rating as I have only used one of the five thermocouples. I'm happy with what I used, but of course I can't judge the accuracy as I don't have a calibrated instrument to compare. I used it to test if it worked by putting it in the oven while my wife baked at 375 degrees Fahrenheit according to the digital readout on the oven temperature control. While the temp on the oven console was set at 375, the temp on my Fluke with this thermocouple ranged from 370 to 380, definitely within range. It read as high as 400 degrees Fahrenheit at times, and that's when the heating coil continued to raise the temperature after the oven allowed it to cool to around 360. I was happy to know that the heating coil stopped working when it was about 4.5 minutes. Cooking will continue with the residual heat and simply float until the timer reaches zero. Good power saving function.
