The best part of this program is that it helps to understand what customers want, so you can provide them with more products or services in future! I don't like how long each task takes - some are very time consuming (elevate ticket) which makes me feel as if they're just wasting my precious time; also there's no way for us managers/supervisors to easily see who did their tasks properly without going through every single action made by our employees one-byone.
Also we cannot use any third party software such as Salesforce etc., because these programs have been blocked within KPI dashboard due to GDPR requirements. This has really helped make sure all actions taken from sales team members were completed correctly & efficiently but not much else. We've realized that people aren’t doing everything at once when using other CRM systems (SalesForce).
