Fits my 3 tier TV stand just right but looks great and the modem has a lot of heat dissipation holes. It gets a little warm up there. It was connected to the network for about 45 minutes so I don't see this as a problem. I'm writing this on day one and it has improved streaming throughout the apartment to all smart devices, TVs with internet access. Well, all internet devices. We only get 70 charges 5 up and I got 55-60 down and 3 up with Aaris 8x4 55-60 then when I plugged it in I got 65 down and 4 to 5 up. (I HAVE TO SAY WITH 15+ INTERNET/SMART DEVICES THE SMALL CM820 Aaris 8x4 Surfboard HAS LASTED OVER 2 YEARS, I bought this from Revain as it was the same one Time Warner provided us with when we still paid for modem rental Now Spectrum doesn't charge but I wanted better coverage during peak times and I hope this helps, the ISP was very confident I would see a big difference) Now I get over the wireless connection 71 and 6 on Spectrum's own test page. I expected it to take at least an hour based on previous experience, but no. Very quick and easy and a lot better than the Aaris modems, plus it looks better and isn't too bright.
