I like that it is very easy for my providers (in particular) in our system who are not comfortable using email or text messaging as their main method/channel through which they communicate--to be able use this platform instead! It also gives them an additional channel by way if sending out emails but has much more benefits than just being another "email" option within your provider inboxes since you can actually see when someone opens up one vs others etc.. We have been really happy so far about how easily we've gotten started utilizing referralsmd - there was no training needed at all once everything had loaded into place!! Also love having multiple channels available depending upon what type / level doctor wants information from patients e i t c.
