Review on SE JT46WG Round Standard Gauge: Perfect Companion for Precision Measurement by Kaushik Sokolowski

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Not worth it - imprecise and poorly processed

This wire thickness is very poorly processed and therefore inaccurate. Most of the slots are off-center to drilled circles, and some of the side edges are even scalloped (I have no idea how they even pulled that out)! In the case of the grooves of the smallest caliber (e.g. 32GA) between the large ones, the grooves are almost completely clogged with burrs rolled into them when grinding the disc surface. The bottom line is that it can't do what it was designed to do. You cannot accurately measure the thickness of the metal. FAIL.
