It's a very nice premise, but it's not perfect.

Who could resist when their dog put that smile in their mouth and ran around with it? Amazing right? Well it would be if it ever happened. At least my dog never put him in the right place to smile with rubber dog lips. When she plays with it (which is very rare as she only likes squeaky toys) she simply nibbles on the tip or spout. So it's a decent chew toy since it's one of the few toys she hasn't destroyed.
