The ability to use all three methods (API/Excel addin) gives me flexibility in how I want my reports delivered as well as giving users options for different devices they may be using when accessing their workbooks.

It's not always easy getting started with some clients but once you get past that it works great! There are no major dislikes at this time - only minor suggestions would include making more easily accessible templates so we can quickly create new ones without having to go through multiple steps each time; also maybe adding additional ways to access your dashboard such as mobile apps? We have been able to deliver our insights faster than ever before thanks to VIABISTA which has made us look better internally too by showing what other teams were doing wrong compared to ours. Our customers love being shown where there could potentially be improvements within processes rather than just receiving results after months waiting. They now know exactly why certain decisions need to happen sooner instead of later due.
