I see another reviewer also cut these tiles from full height to multiple rows and I would 100% assume the pattern is of smaller tiles if you use them use. is the same for everyone and can easily be perceived as repetitive. The division into shorter sections allowed much greater flexibility in template randomization. I used a 6 height pattern (each tile is 13 high, a little under half) to cover about 10 linear feet and the result was surprisingly good haha. The adhesive backing will stick out slightly on one side or the other. Not behind the tile itself, but enough that I used some filler on the visible top of mine and then painted it. So keep that in mind if you're applying to another tile or in a way that doesn't help fill it into it. The tile is beautiful and the metal is covered in metallic coated vinyl so be careful not to bend it. And easy enough to cut with what you would otherwise use to cut vinyl tile (I used a table saw haha).
