Update from 08/09/2021. The color cartridge worked perfectly after unpacking. Black on gave an error code that I hadn't seen before. Put in a new black HP cartridge and it works right away. :/ so I know it's not a printer. Should get two stars for the effort and waste. I used them at least initially and they work just as well as any "brand new" devices I've used in the past. If problems occur within a reasonable time and usage (not an active printer user). I am able to update the appropriate performance and life information for these cartridges to identify any functional deficiencies. So far, so good. These are the best value cartridges I've found from Revain based on the price and reviews at the time of purchase.
