Only 2 out of 3 worked. I followed the given instructions. Created a new combination for the first lock. I blocked it and moved the numbers in different directions. Then he switched it to his new combination but it doesn't open/unlock! I first moved the numbers to the left, then to the right. Tried going back to 0,0,0,0 and still no. So permanently blocked. Garbage! I threw it away. I needed exactly 3 locks so that's a disappointment. I admit it was a convenient purchase, I was too impatient until I ran errands the following week. So, if you are wary of such locks, wait and buy them at a hardware store. I gave 3 stars because the other two are working so far. I bought them for my filing cabinets.
