Efficient, efficient and inexpensive. I bought this hole punch because I was tired of struggling with the old manual hole punches that kept getting stuck, wouldn't hold the position the punches were in, or lost their base covers and smeared paper donut holes all over the floor. It may not matter much to some, but having to stop work to reinstall the hole punch and clean debris from the carpet makes me very frustrated. The electric hole punch took care of all my hole punching woes and I would recommend it to any office tool enthusiast who doesn't have the time or inclination to wrestle with old gadgets or clean up their mess.
