Stops working after 10 minutes. There is no way to effectively erase the chips. It has a very small "output" chip that only makes one pair at a time. Thrown away.

I read all the reviews about this hole punch and was a little skeptical to order it but decided to give it a try. Was I surprised when I ran many, many sheets on both battery and mains power and they worked great. I highly recommend this punch.

Make sure you don't punch more than 12 sheets. If you accidentally entered more than 12, don't expect them to come back. The punch will jam when the paper is still in the pad and without removing the pad you will not get the sheets back. If you do this, take it apart, don't expect it to work when you put it back together.

I bought this whole hole punch and a few times it worked fine. The paper then got stuck in the cycle, with the machine still making noise as the "teeth" went in and out of the paper. I contacted their support team but nobody answered me. There are bad reviews about it on their own website. Puncher - so I'm wondering how it's possible that Revain still has so many good star ratings.

OK, what do I need it for. UPDATE: That's a piece of junk, don't waste your money. Defective after about 100 uses, treated with care. This is a big disappointment for me as I am disabled and wanted my own hole punch for my office to save me the long trip to the printer. I've been using this machine fairly regularly for about 1.5 years and have broken through about 1000-1500 pages. Delivers now! Center hole not punched correctly. Paper is jammed in the hole. So you have to hit 25 times until it softens and releases the paper. I never used it more than 10-12 sites at a time, always connected to the network. Efficient, efficient and inexpensive. I bought this hole punch because I was tired of struggling with the old manual hole punches that kept getting stuck, wouldn't hold the position the punches were in, or lost their base covers and smeared paper donut holes all over the floor. Great product and a lot less than I expected! Haven't used that much yet, but so far I've successfully punched about 10 pages at a time with no problems. The best is the size and portability. It is very easy to take and carry to another work place and looks very elegant, making it look great on your desk. Worst of all, the punch slot is at the top of the machine.
