Very disappointed The best hole punch

I bought this whole hole punch and a few times it worked fine. The paper then got stuck in the cycle, with the machine still making noise as the "teeth" went in and out of the paper. I contacted their support team but nobody answered me. There are bad reviews about it on their own website. Puncher - so I'm wondering how it's possible that Revain still has so many good star ratings.
