HMB has helped us add new revenue streams and improve efficiencies throughout our organization. Our current projects include CRM, BPM, BI, Customer Service, Email Marketing, Mobile Development, Ecommerce and more. They’ve helped us transform our processes, automate manual tasks, improve operational efficiency and generate more revenue. We recommend them highly! I love how they make you feel like an individual contributor instead of just another number. Everyone there understands your problem better than any other group of developers I've worked with before. Their responsiveness makes it so much easier when things get tough.
Pros
- There’s no "one size fits all" approach.
- Their attention to detail is impeccable and I've never experienced anything less than a 100% positive experience.
Cons
- Pricing seems to be on a perpetual cycle (either too expensive or too cheap).
- Sometimes it takes a long time to find the right person to work with.
- A few of their team members have not been as responsive as others.
