Seems to be a good vacuum cleaner with all the features that similar products offer. What is missing, however, is a valid guarantee. The device came with a warranty card that offered an extended warranty when registering the product. Unfortunately the link provided does not work and there is no way to register a purchase on the site. I sent them a message asking for specific warranty information and they didn't reply. I "chatted" with Revain product support and they referred me back to the seller. If you are not happy with keeping a product that does not appear to be eligible for warranty registration, think twice before purchasing that product.
