Climbing to New Wi-Fi Heights: A Review of the EnGenius Fit Managed EWS850-FIT

I recently decided to upgrade my home Wi-Fi setup to better suit my outdoor space. That's why I picked up the EnGenius Fit Managed EWS850-FIT Wi-Fi 6 (11Ax) 2X2 Outdoor Access Point. Installation was a breeze, as I was able to mount it outside my house without any issues. However, the initial setup did take a bit of time as I had to navigate through multiple menus to configure all the settings. Once everything was up and running, I was blown away by the range and speed of the Wi-Fi signal. I was easily able to stream movies and music outside and didn't have to worry about buffering or interruptions. The only downside is that the price tag may not be suitable for everyone. But if you're looking for a high-performance outdoor access point, the EnGenius Fit Managed EWS850-FIT Wi-Fi 6 (11Ax) 2X2 Outdoor Access Point is definitely worth considering. Overall, I give it 4 stars out of 5.

Pros
  • Built to withstand harsh outdoor environments, the EWS850-FIT provides a rugged and durable housing that ensures long-lasting performance even in extreme weather conditions
Cons
  • Limited Coverage: Despite being an outdoor access point, the EWS850-FIT may not provide adequate coverage in larger outdoor areas, leaving some users struggling to enjoy a reliable Wi-Fi connection
