I would like to know what type of computer people are using that say this cable works. I have a 2018 Mac Mini. For weeks I've been trying to get stereo input from an old Sony player to digitize some albums that don't exist on CD. It looks well made, but that's the only positive thing I can say about it. I've tried this cable (and others) on Catalina, Mojave and booted straight into Windows 10. The first one I tried was Stereo RCA to USB-C. . The system recognized the connection, but only displayed the left channel. There was no sound. This cable is not shown. No direct connection to the Mini or through a USB powered hub. As if it doesn't exist. Yes I have a preamp between my turntable and my computer and I still get fags.
