Review on ๐Ÿ”ท Tektro P20.11 Disc Brake Pads - Metal-Ceramic Compound (2 Pack), Model STB1762 by Andrew Mack

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quiet, smooth, efficient

Excellent replacement for A10.11 pads. There is no need to replace the rotors unless they are warped or damaged; Simply clean the rotors with a degreasing solvent (Goof Off, etc.) and dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth before installing new pads in the caliper. No need to remove the wheel - simply remove the caliper adjustment bolts/washers and pad stop pin; slide out the old pads and spring; carefully insert new pads and springs without touching the inner surfaces of the pads; Reinstall the pad retaining pin, then slide the caliper over the rotor mount into the gap between the pads and loosely install the caliper adjustment bolts. Squeeze the brake lever while tightening the adjuster bolts and you're done. (Also, make sure your brake lever is securely locked when the pads are removed from the caliper to avoid accidentally actuating it, dislodging the caliper pistons, or causing a leak in the hydraulic system.)
