The bird hates purple

I got purple too. I showed it to my parrot and he immediately flew across the room away from him. As it stands, birds aren't big fans of the color purple (considering other reviewers' opinions). Maybe I won't leave it in its cage for too long. It's been clinging to the other side of its cage since I put it there. It would be really nice if you could choose a color preference.
