No worse than the original

. I'm usually quite loyal to the original equipment, but this time I'm glad I chose this one. The four screws (I had to use the original screws) fit perfectly and the whole process took less than a few minutes. And the holding power of the new Velcro pad is fantastic! I would buy this brand again in a heartbeat.
