Great groups! I highly recommend this to everyone!

As an Ironman athlete, I ordered these bands to warm up and recover my muscles during and before competitions. These hip wraps are better than other loop wraps I've tried...because these sets are more durable and made of quality material. And it was very nice to receive 2 e-books with training kits and a bag. Definitely worth the money! I would highly recommend these band sets to anyone looking for great exercise equipment.
