Easy to clean. The water doesn't last as long as I had hoped. I was hoping it would stay full enough to last three days without refilling, but the rabbits don't empty it during the day and I still have to refill it. I've tried tying it to a cage, but I have smart (or dumb) bunnies, they'll move the bungee around or chew on it and knock it over anyway. Even from a rabbit hopping up and down in his cage without even falling, the water bowl tips over and the water overflows. I bought ten of these and they were very expensive compared to regular water bottles. Now I want to buy myself top filled water bottles hanging from a cage. They're great if you're concerned your rabbit won't understand a water bottle, but if they know how to drink from a bottle, stick with it. They are difficult to screw in and out to add water. You spend a lot of time trying to get the floor right. Another downside is that some rabbits won't stop pooping in the water and you worry they'll get sick if they drink water from the feed before you have a chance to clean and fill it.
