Good product so far!

Appears to be an exact replica of what was originally installed on my '98 Skidoo. The original primer has been like new for several years. Fuel was leaking out of the connecting rod and didn't appear to be pumping fuel into the carburetors. Therefore, the car was very difficult to start. Replacing the new primer was simply swapping out the old rubber fuel lines for new ones. Now that it's still August I won't try for a while. I used a bench vise and a bench vise to remove the small nipple end of the hose from the old one just to see if it would come out. Got it after some effort. It's not a threaded fit like I thought. It was pressed very tightly, without thread. I tried blowing air both ways and couldn't. So I took a piece of thin wire and stuck it into each end and nipple of the hose. It looks like there's some kind of plug in there and then I could blow air through this thing. I think that was a problem all along. So after putting the primer back together I think I now have a good replacement primer! I found out later that there is also a video on YouTube showing this cleaning process.
