I like that it's easy for everyone in my organization to use (our Salesforce org is completely integrated with this). The support team has been responsive and helpful at every step along our journey so far. It helps us keep track of who uses what information from our sales process, which makes updates quick and efficient! There isn't anything we dislike about the program; however, if there were any improvements or changes made to their product, they would be welcomed! We've started using Crowdsync as part of our new onboarding and training programs. This gives employees an overview of how their roles fit together within our business processes. Our previous system was very time consuming because each person had to create their own summary sheet individually (which included links back into various other systems) -- the benefit here is that all people can access the same sheets, making them more streamlined and organized.
