The ease in which we can create our own sequence for each new customer is great! We love that it allows us to personalize with pictures or videos as well! Sometimes I wish there was an option where instead of having one video play over another, they would just loop so when someone clicks 'next' again, its not like starting from scratch all over but rather continuing what's already playing.
