Initially liked the pan. I followed the seasoning instructions. I have never used metal utensils before. I never put anything on it, just wash with soap and water and dry with a soft cloth. I liked it so much I have other Red Copper pans on the way. After about a month, the ceramic interior has chips and cracks. The frying pan is expensive enough not to fail at such an early stage of use. I am extremely disappointed.
