Initially liked the pan. I followed the seasoning instructions. I have never used metal utensils before. I never put anything on it, just wash with soap and water and dry with a soft cloth. I liked it so much I have other Red Copper pans on the way. After about a month, the ceramic interior has chips and cracks. The frying pan is expensive enough not to fail at such an early stage of use. I am extremely disappointed.

I had high expectations for this product to use regularly for buns. The non-stick part of the product works well but the bottom parts have started to warp as I've only used it about 10 times in the last few months. I'd love to go back and get another brand but time has run out and I'm sticking with this pan while it lasts. I'm a professional chef and wanted to save some money for home use, but I would need to buy a more professional product at home as well.

Bought after using it on several visits to a friend's cabin. There was no running water or electricity and this pot was easy to clean. The square shape was a pleasure to use on a Coleman propane lamp. Should have had one to take home and was not disappointed. Nothing sticks. Is always.
