Red Copper Bulbhead Square Dance Pan 9.5" NO LID FIT. The pan itself is heavy and cooks well. This is the highest quality and most efficient pan I have ever owned. I had many different types. Nothing will stick to this pan if you never use metal in it. It's not scratch resistant, but if you really care, it performs like no other. My bacon doesn't stick. His corn beef ground beef isn't sticky, my eggs come out perfect. You can even bake anything in this pan if you want, just don't go over the heat limit. I smeared this pan with a thin layer of olive oil and followed the directions before using this pan. It was worth the effort. Nothing sticks and I can just wipe the pan down with a paper towel if something gets dirty. For example, I don't want to add tomato sauce to some dishes, so I just gently wipe it off before preparing the next dish. I use very little olive oil when I see it looking dry. I don't usually wipe this pan at all, but use a napkin if necessary. I never wash this pan as she doesn't need it. The use of napkins is rarely required. I grease a paper towel with olive oil and keep it on hand to occasionally wipe the leftovers out of the pan. I hope you have as much fun cooking as I do. I'm going to bake pizza in it. I put it on the pizza pan when I'm done. It will slide right out. I am glad that I became the owner of this pan. The red paint on the bottom of the pan is peeling and I've only had the pan for a few days. The pan is great so far. Love it.
