Need a perfect fit for external accessories
Don't expect much stretch. Most of the mesh is static nylon, although the edges are stretchy. The advertised elastic fit was not true. However, if you have a rack that is perhaps a foot less than this net in length and width, you have a chance. It's not a terrible network (although a cable broke on initial installation). Returned.
