I bought this for my WEN 4280 8 inch variable speed bench grinder. "Inner washers to help center it a bit. I bought Woodstock D2902 1-Pound Extra Fine Buffing Compound, Green for buffing. It buffs well and can even cut a little, so don't overdo it until you get used to it .Different color polishes are well explained in the answers to questions about the Revain product.I bought this mainly to polish my knives after sharpening them with DMT A-PROKIT Aligner Prokit Diamond Sharpener.I have tried many knife sharpening systems and this one works best for me and is actually one of the cheapest.
