Cheap feel, light and too small in hand.

I was expecting a simple but high quality restaurant-level product. Unfortunately, the second you pick it up, you can feel how cheap the plastic handle feels, and it doesn't weigh the same as other plastic-handled steak knives I've used in dozens of restaurants. Also, the handle is too small for my hand and feels uncomfortable in my hand. Not sure how the blade is but will be returning this product anyway.
