These tires are useless. They don't hold any fabric. Regardless of the tension, the fabric will start slipping out of one side of the hoop because there is nothing on one side to hold it in place. This is BAD DESIGN. Other tires have an outer ring that slides into an inner ring that has a groove in the center that allows the outer ring to fit into the inner ring. This prevents the two rings from slipping off. However, this Susan Bates hoop only has a rim on one side, so the rings on the other side slide off. Don't waste money. You can buy a whole range of other types of tires for a little more than one of these. And while they're a lot cheaper, they're actually better. These Susan Bates hoop earrings are a real rip off. More is not better!
