after my review the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I've increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of the quick customer service. Once the refund is credited to my account I will increase the rating by another star to 4. However, this does not change my feedback on how the batteries perform for me. The seller states that these batteries are "pre-charged". In my case, this is misleading information. Mine died right out of the box. I have a 3M professional battery tester that can adjust the load when testing the voltage. I set the tester to a low load setting. All 20 batteries were tested in the discharged state. No voltage. I put them in external chargers to see if they would charge at all. Other reviewers point out that they only lasted a few days and then didn't charge. I hope this is not the case with the ones I received. I hate buying products that aren't advertised. Updated: in solar lights after charging in a professional charger. The first night lasted 2 hours. After 9 hours of charging in bright, full sunlight, the second night only lasted 30 minutes. After being charged another 9 hours in bright sunlight, they only lasted 20 minutes on the third night. Replaced them with proprietary AA rechargeable batteries and the lights stayed on for 8 hours each for the next 4 nights. Don't bother buying them. They are definitely not worth their money. You were not subpoenaed as announced. You were dead out of the box. When then charged in a professional charger, they didn't hold a charge the first time they were used. Subsequent use has shown that these batteries are not suitable for any use. They charge to less than 10% of their capacity and discharge in minutes. And switching to name brand batteries with 8 hour run time proves that charging solar lights is no problem. Don't waste your time and money with these batteries.
