Review on BARSKA Key Lock for Optimal Positioning in Sleek Grey Design by Tyler Cooley

I really liked the safe. Stable and appears to be well made. Comes with 2 keys and I needed a few more. This is where the problem started. To request a key you need to take a picture of the safe with a unique lock code on the picture and then take a picture of the key with the lock code on it. Then take a picture of the receipt. Everything is OK. But the website won't let you download them. It keeps saying that the file is too big. I made the file as small as my phone could format it but it still says it's too big. So I tried calling. Every extension says "MAILBOX FULL", you can't reach anyone. So I emailed them. Guess what they never answered. I don't think they want to help their customers. So I returned it.
