Review on HHIP 5000 2025 Combined Countersink 025 Diameter by Darius Carraway

I received my center drill this weekend and went to work on Monday. I measured the tip before installing it in the chuck and found the drill bit diameter to be over .040". It would destroy the part I was doing. #00 is written on the center drill. I don't know what's going on here. Unfortunately, I still have two of them in the mail today.
