After a week of troubleshooting I discovered that one of my devices came with a bad ethernet cable that only worked on a 100Mbps connection. Replacing the ethernet cables with mine solved my problem. I'm still having issues with the support process and knowledge base information. When I pay for something, I don't have to dig through forums and reviews to make it work. Attempts to connect directly using dedicated RG6 coaxial cable and dedicated devices at each end. Neither option affects this behavior. There is no decent product documentation. The support is email only and they don't reply. There is no contact with the company on the website (other than email).
