Review on Cuisinart CPS 050 Alfrescamore Quick Cutter by Tony Flugence

I was less than pleased when I opened the package to find the blade was already crumpled in two places on one side but what really surprised me , that was how blunt the blade is out of the box back then. It's actually flat, but thin enough to cut "just enough". The good news is that the blade and damage can be sharpened and honed, which is probably what I end up doing rather than returning. However, the out-of-the-box quality is lacking, especially from Cuisinart, and the packaging could have been better to avoid damage in transit.
