45 days and no more charging

This mirror was delivered on June 4th. The return window closed on July 4th. On July 18, the mirror backlight stopped working and refused to charge. Nice mirror but I bought it for both the light and the magnification. What a waste. I wonder what to do now. So, good update: I found an extra cable around the house, and it works to charge the mirror light. The prosecution holds. Maybe the problem was in the original cable and not in the lamp on the mirror. Anyway, good news: we all seem to have extra chargers these days.
