A Tool That Could - Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I argued with myself for a while about buying this tool, fearing it was plastic and fearing it would move, when it gets stuck. Well I was wrong and found that once assembled correctly it became one of the best lights in my shop. If you pinch it, it doesn't move an iota and is very accurate as advertised. It's made of thick (about 1/4 inch in some places) hard plastic and is very tough. It's also larger than it appears in the photos. The 32 inch rack segments as well as the larger and more expensive rack segments are made by Incra positioners. If you buy it, read the instructions, and whatever you do, watch the attached video. The instruction is very detailed showing how to assemble it and the video shows how to use it properly. You will be totally amazed at what he is capable of. If you need a jig that can be used on a variety of machines in the workshop and provide accurate cuts every time, then this is for you. As the name suggests, this device could.
