Review on 🔥 Frigidaire 316489400 Oven Ignitor by Chris Wilson

This part fixed my oven and cost a lot less than buying it direct from Sears. My symptoms were 1) the stove took a very long time to light, 2) sometimes it never lit, and 3) sometimes when it did light, there was a slight buzzing noise inside the stove. I wasn't sure if it was the igniter or the safety valve. I decided to try the detonator first as the safety valve costs twice as much. Installation took about 10 minutes, after which the oven turned on in just a few seconds. Another plus is that it is an original Electrolux part. Electrolux is a manufacturer that makes ovens for most brands that you can buy at your local hardware store. For me, this part was easy to install, but I'm a "handy" person. If you don't consider yourself qualified, go slow and consult your oven manual and you should be able to install it. I'm personally very happy with this part. I only wish I had ordered it sooner as the oven has been working for months now.
