The most helpful thing about this tool is it's compatibility in almost every platform, so I can use my computer at home or work without having any problems logging into their system! Sometimes when we're trying to access our accounts there are issues but they usually fix them quickly by contacting customer service directly via email or phone call (sometimes even within minutes!) It would be great if certain options were made more readily available like being able to choose what type of file format to upload documents/photos as well as choosing which social media platforms to post messages through instead of using only Twitter.
We've been solving some small tech related questions here & there since starting up the program and have yet to find one issue where an employee has had trouble accessing information because of its lack of accessibility.
