Review on Gemtune PA1501A Amplifier 6AD10 Black by Sean Powers

I use this amp with Klipsch RB-61 II (95dB) speakers and they sound as good as any other speakers I've heard. In my small listening room, this amp will drive them to painful levels if I'm not careful. Clear sound, almost no hissing (actually depends on the recording) and excellent bass, middle and treble. Shipping was fast enough but I had to reinstall the pins and reinstall the tubes when it arrived but I had absolutely no problems with it after that. I'm always tempted by reviews of other amps, but then I realize this amp is so good I gain nothing from swapping it out, except maybe the console, but I need some practice. There is no subwoofer output but you can buy a bass driven subwoofer like the Emotiva Airmotiv SE8" Flex and place it between the DAC and this amp. I would buy this amp again.
